On September 16, 2025, within the framework of the activities of the Quality Office of “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, a meeting was held between representatives of the Quality Assurance Office, the Management of the Faculty of Philology, and the Faculty-Level Quality Assurance Committee. This activity aims to enhance the quality assurance culture at our University and to strengthen the cooperation between the central Quality Assurance Office and the Quality Assurance Committees at the faculty level.

The meeting was held at the Faculty of Philology, and the participants were:

• Prof. Ass. Dr. Kaltrina Kusari – Vice-Rector for Academic Development and Quality Enhancement, and Vice-Rector for Research and Scientific Studies
• Qëndresa Bardhoshi – Acting Head of the Quality Assurance Office

Representatives from the Faculty of Philology:

• Prof. Assoc. Dr. Labinot Berisha – Dean
• Prof. Ass. Dr. Senad Neziri – Vice-Dean
• Prof. Ass. Dr. Petrit Duraj – Chair of the Faculty-Level Quality Assurance Committee
• Ass. Lorina Përvorfi – Member of the Faculty-Level Quality Assurance Committee
• Mentore Zejnullahu – Member of the Faculty-Level Quality Assurance Committee
• Student Gentiana Kuqi – Member of the Faculty-Level Quality Assurance Committee

The meeting focused on:

a) Discussions regarding the reports published by the Quality Assurance Office;
b) Discussion on drafting plans and activities to monitor the implementation of recommendations from these reports;
c) Documentation of all activities related to the implementation of these recommendations;
d) Information on the process of drafting the improvement plan for the faculty’s programs according to the new guidelines received from the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA);
e) Information and discussion about the new KAA regulation no. 04/2025 on Monitoring and Post-Accreditation Procedures;
f) Information on the areas that will be continuously monitored by the KAA;
g) Discussion on the progress achieved based on the improvement plans of the programs;
h) Topics and open discussions raised by the meeting participants.
