As part of the continuous efforts to enrich the teaching process and strengthen the link between academic theory and professional practice, the Translation and Interpreting Study Program organized a training lecture with guest lecturers, focusing on the main challenges of translation and interpreting in the contemporary professional context.

The lecture was delivered by representatives of the company Translation Center, who shared their extensive professional experience in the field of translation and interpreting. They provided students with a detailed overview of the realities of the labor market, international quality standards, translation project management, and the importance of professional ethics in the practice of this profession.

During the training lecture, various issues related to the practical challenges of translation and interpreting were addressed in a structured manner, including terminological difficulties, cultural and contextual constraints, time pressure, as well as the need for accuracy and linguistic coherence.
