The University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova, based on the Statute regard the students’ transfer in all academic units, informs the students that from 10.02.2025 until 18.02.2025, they may issue a request for transfer from the Higher Education Institutions in the respective faculties of UFAGJ:

I. To permit the students’ transfer from other Higher Education Institutions in the respective faculties of the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova.
II. The change of the program of study is possible between the programs of study, on the purpose of achieving the same level of education in accordance with the dispositions of this Statute.
III. During the change of the program of study, the student is legally allowed to begin the new program of study if at least 50% of the exams have been successfully passed during the old program of study, and which are accepted in the new program of study.
IV. During the change of this program of study from other Higher Education Institutions in the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova, the same rules will be valid equal to those during the change of the program of study within the University.

V. The student is permitted to register in the new program of studies:
1.at least in the second year of studies or;
2.in the year of studies that commences after the old program of studies.

IV. The student has to submit the request for the change of the program of study (transfer) to the studies committee of the academic unit where he/she wants to continue the studies. Attached with the request-online application in the SMU, he or she must submit these original documents:
1.Grade’s certificate;
2.Proof for the evidence of the respective semester 2023/2024;
3.Proof that the study program of the other Higher Education institution is accredited;
4.Proof that the student is registered in SMIAL;
5.Birth certificate;
6.Copy of the ID Card,
VII. The application deadline for transfer in the academic units UFAGJ IS OPENED FROM 10.02.2025 UNTIL 18.02.2025.
VIII. The studies’ committee will elaborate the requirements and will recognize the passed exams during the old program of study in accordance with the determined rules of the program of study until 20.02.2025.
IX. The decision upon the transfer will be obtained from the Academic Unit’s Council with the proposal of the studies committee.
X. The complaint against the decision upon the refusal of the transfer has to be addressed to the Academic Unit Council from 23.02.2025 until 26.02.2025, time 15:00.
XI. The transfer is permitted according to the free quotes for the program of study:
