A roundtable discussion is held in honor of World Book Day
Today, on April 23, in honor of the World Book Day a roundtable of discussion was held in the Book Corner of the Faculty of Philology. Based on the Orhan Pamuk’s saying ‘’ I once read a book and my entire life changed’’ we discussed on the books that have left eternal marks in our minds and lives. We stopped in the space where the book becomes a turning point, a window and a pathway to life. We shared pieces of readings that have built and changed us. In this meeting the word had the power to revive lives!
We were honored to have as participant also Prof. Leonitë Parallangaj, who shared with us the magical power of the word and the importance of books. With the other students, there were also discussed Albanian and international authors, citations from them, concluding thus with the literary works of our students.
