The “You and Europe” Scholarship Program is run by the Alfred Toepfer Foundation F.V.S. in cooperation with the German National Academic Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes). The scholarship is aimed at European students who wish to complete their entire master’s degree at a German university and who have a strong interest in European exchange.

The scholarship program is open to applicants from the following countries in this year’s call for applications: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greece, Ireland, Kosovo, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Switzerland.

The program is open to students from all disciplines at universities and universities of applied sciences (with the exception of students at art and music colleges and those at universities of applied sciences studying visual and performing arts, design, film, and music).
