The information session for the Young Cell Scheme XVI scholarships will be held on 18 February at 13:00 in the lobby of the three faculties.

The Zyra e Bashkimit Evropian në Kosovë and the Zyra e Kryeministrit të Qeverisë së Kosovës announce the opening of the call for applications for Round XVI of the Young Cell Scheme, an EU-funded postgraduate scholarship program for citizens of Kosovo. The program is implemented by a consortium consisting of Universiteti Aristotel i Selanikut, Greece, and the Instituti Kombëtar për Shërbime Publike, France.

Applications will be open from Monday, 9 February 2026 until Monday, 9 March 2026 at 17:00.

The scholarship program, whose working language is English, will offer 37 full scholarships (the actual number of scholarships awarded may vary depending on the eligibility of candidates and the available funds).

This call is open to the general public as well as to civil servants who hold degrees specified in the Rules of Procedure available on the official program website: https://ycskosovo.org
