Literary hour in honor of the 18th anniversary of Kosovo's Independence
Today, in the premises of the Faculty of Philology, within the framework of the activity of the Literary Club “Traces of the Pen”, a literary hour was held on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of Kosovo, one of the most significant and significant events in the history of our country.
This activity was realized thanks to the continuous commitment and dedication of the club members and was honored with the welcoming speech of the Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Prof. Dr. Labinot Berisha, the director of the “Dëshmorët e Baballoqit” primary school, Mr. Agron Selmanaj, the president of the Student Council, Albion Rexhaj, and the president of the Literary Club “Traces of the Pen”, Arjeta Nikçi.
The program continued with the reading of the Declaration of Independence of Kosovo, the interpretation of poems with patriotic motifs and an artistic dance performance by the students of the “Dëshmorët e Baballoqit” primary school, whom we would like to thank heartily for their contribution and cooperation in the realization of this activity.
This literary hour once again demonstrated the important role of cultural and literary activities in preserving and promoting national values, as well as in commemorating the events that have defined the historical journey of the Republic of Kosovo.
