UFAGJ and the German Embassy discuss opportunities for new academic partnerships
The Rector of “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, Prof. Ass. Dr. Drilon Bunjaku, together with representatives of the Office for International Relations, held an important meeting with representatives of the German Embassy in Kosovo. The meeting was attended by the Head of Culture, Press and Communication, Ms. Cataina Heine, as well as the DAAD scholarship lecturer, Adrian Ramabaja.
A special focus of the meeting was the strengthening of international cooperation in the field of higher education. The parties discussed opportunities to deepen cooperation between “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova and higher education institutions in Germany, aiming to create new opportunities for academic exchanges, joint projects, and institutional development.
During the meeting, Rector Bunjaku informed the participants about the latest developments at the university, the advancement of study programs, and the institution’s commitment to improving quality in education and scientific research.
On the other hand, the Office for International Relations presented its activities and achievements in the field of international cooperation, highlighting the increase in the number of partnerships and exchanges of staff and students.
Both parties expressed their willingness to continue the dialogue and to concretize joint initiatives in the future, considering this meeting an important step toward strengthening academic ties between Kosovo and Germany.
