The Faculty of Philology is represented at the 15th International Conference on Social Sciences in Tashkent by academic staff and students
Students of the Faculty of Philology, Gentiana Kuqi, Marjeta Nika, and Leonita Rexhaj, in collaboration with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Senad Neziri, participated in and presented a scientific paper at the 15th International Conference on Social Sciences, held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from April 10–12, 2026.
The conference, organized by an international consortium of academic institutions and hosted by Tashkent Perfect University, brought together scholars and researchers from various countries around the world, serving as an important platform for the exchange of ideas and the presentation of research findings across different scientific fields.
Within the framework of this conference, the paper titled “Micro-dialectal Differences and Variations in the Speech of Gjakova and Peja – Evidence, Causes and Linguistic Dynamics” was presented by the students and their professor from the Faculty of Philology. The paper addresses micro-dialectal differences and variations in the speech of the Gjakova and Peja regions, offering an in-depth analysis of linguistic processes and their dynamics.
Participation in this international conference represents an important achievement for the Faculty of Philology and “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, demonstrating a continued commitment to scientific research and the internationalization of academic activity.
