Today, at the University “Fehmi Agani”, at the Faculty of Philology, an academic lecture was delivered by Prof. Dr. Imri Badallaj on the topic “The Arbëresh and the Arbëresh Language.”

The lecture was held in front of the Master’s students of the Albanian Language program, who had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the history, culture, and importance of preserving the Arbëresh language through the centuries. During the presentation, issues related to the linguistic and cultural identity of the Arbëresh people were discussed, as well as their connection to the Albanian language and tradition.

The students showed great interest in the topic, while the discussion was characterized by fruitful conversations and questions regarding the Arbëresh linguistic heritage.
