“Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova is committed to ensuring the protection of personal data and respect for the right to privacy in all academic, administrative and institutional processes.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data and the internal acts of the University, ensuring legality, transparency, security and confidentiality in their treatment.

The University’s Privacy Policy defines the principles, procedures and measures applicable to the processing and protection of personal data, as well as the rights of data subjects in accordance with the legislation in force.
